La Vente Beauté de L’Oréal Canada, exploite un magasin physique ainsi qu’un site en ligne toujours disponible, dans la région de Montréal. Notre magasin offre une expérience de magasinage unique, respectant l'image de nos marques mondiales. Nous offrons une valeur exceptionnelle et une expérience d'achat optimale. Deux à trois événements annuels, nécessitent du personnel temporaire pour opérer ces événements. En tant que commis beauté vous serez responsable de : Accueillir les clients dans les sections maquillage, de façon chaleureuse, enthousiaste et courtoise; Écouter, comprendre et proposer des produits afin de répondre aux besoins du client; Participer à la promotion de nos produits ciblés en collaboration avec toutes les équipes de la Vente Beauté; Collaborer avec l’équipe Affichage prix, pour s’assurer que chaque produit ait le prix adéquat ; Remplir les sections maquillage selon les normes mises en place Compléter le plan de travail transmis par son superviseur Maintenir un service de qualité en suivant les normes de l'organisation; Assurer un environnement propre et sain pour tous les employés ; Travailler en équipe avec les différents rôles COMPÉTENCES ÉVALUÉES Qualité du travail, exécution - excellence Organisation - anticipation - préparation agilité Travail d'équipe - collaboration - coopération Créativité Service à la clientèle - Sensibilité aux produits EXIGENCES Avoir un intérêt pour le domaine des cosmétiques; Avoir de l’expérience dans le service à la clientèle (atout majeur); Bilinguisme oral et écrit (atout majeur); Capacité à travailler en équipe ; Capacité à travailler debout plusieurs heures; Capacité à maintenir un rythme élevé de travail tout au long du quart de travail ; Orienté vers les résultats; Souci du détail et minutie; Respecter nos politiques en matière Santé et Sécurité ; Pouvoir soulever des charges jusqu’à 35 lbs; HORAIRE ET STRUCTURE D'ÉQUIPE En période hors vente : 0 à temps complet En période vente : 15 à temps complet (40hrs – horaire de jour – soir – fds) 15 à temps partiel (28.5hrs horaire de soir – fds) We’re committed to guaranteeing inclusive recruitment processes and to advocating for hiring and promoting each candidate in an ethical and equitable way. Requirements

An interest in cosmetics is required, while customer service experience and oral and written bilingualism are major assets. Candidates should be team-oriented, detail-focused, results-oriented, able to work at a fast pace while standing for extended periods, follow health and safety policies, and lift up to 35 pounds.
