Provide overnight frontline support, welcome and assist clients, de-escalate conflicts, manage crises, and maintain safety across the dormitory and warming center. Coordinate overnight services and urgent calls, meet clients’ immediate needs, document incidents and attendance, and support smooth handovers to the morning team.

Receive and verify donations and deliveries, sort food and supplies according to hygiene standards, maintain inventory records, and rotate stored goods. Prepare internal transfers for other sites and keep storage areas clean, functional, and safe.

Develop and monitor personalized action plans with residents, provide frontline support and crisis intervention, and apply recognized clinical approaches to promote stability, social reintegration, and housing. Maintain clinical records, support trainees, coordinate shift transitions, and help with practical operations in the residential setting.
