About the Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent & HR team. Reporting to the People and Development Manager, this role will support full-cycle recruitment across our three business lines: real estate investing, investment sales, and property management. This is a dedicated recruitment position and does not carry HR generalist responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the Talent & HR team, partnering on requisitions and sharing accountability for roles across the organization. We are seeking a recruiter with agency or search firm experience who is looking to bring that pace and sourcing discipline in-house. Equally important, we are seeking someone who recruits for cultural fit as well as capability. Culture is central to how we operate and to why our people stay, and we value a recruitment partner who will advocate for the right candidate rather than the fastest placement. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Vaughan location. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, sales and property-level roles from intake through offer acceptance Partner with the People and Development Manager and Talent Specialist on shared requisitions, working collaboratively as an integrated team Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct phone screens, assessing both role suitability and cultural fit Present shortlists to hiring managers with substantiated recommendations on each candidate Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent, professional candidate communication throughout the process Prepare offers and coordinate reference and background checks Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insight, and maintain interview and feedback timelines Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline trackers, and recruitment reporting Contribute to the development of internal recruitment resources, including standard job descriptions and offer templates Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Ensure hiring practices comply with Ontario employment legislation and internal policies Provide occasional reception and front-desk coverage as required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience working for an agency, RPO, or search firm environment is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates across multiple channels, including passive candidates Experience managing several open requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong assessment and interviewing skills, with the judgement to evaluate cultural fit alongside technical capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and major job boards Post-secondary education in business, human resources, or a related field; equivalent hands-on recruitment experience will be considered Familiarity with AI and automation tools for sourcing and screening, or a demonstrated interest in applying them, is an asset Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or a multi-site organization is an asset What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits, including extended health and dental coverage A dedicated recruitment mandate, without HR generalist responsibilities attached A collaborative Talent & HR team that works requisitions together rather than in isolation Direct exposure to hiring managers and senior leadership across three business lines Opportunities for professional growth and development as the function expands Exposure to a diverse portfolio of roles, business functions, and markets across Canada Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. Requirements

Requires 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, strong proactive sourcing and interviewing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while assessing both capability and cultural fit. Post-secondary education in business, human resources, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on recruitment experience—is expected; agency, RPO, or search firm experience is an asset.
