Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE, with production-level expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD toolchains. Strong Linux fundamentals, proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Go, and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and security are essential.
