POSITION SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation of discrepancies. This position leads the cycle of dispute resolution by collaborating closely and effectively with customers and internal departments. The Accounts Receivable Associate also manages accurate and timely data and generates insights to support financial decision making. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular review and release of orders on hold by adhering to credit policies and procedures. Monitoring and reviewing payments, identifying issues on past due invoices to ensure prompt collection. Timely reporting and escalation to the manager and related internal departments on collection issues, follow through open items to close them in a timely manner. Identify and review payment discrepancies, actively engage and collaborate with internal and external departments for a prompt resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on financial transactions, respond to customer inquiries and internal requests. Reconcile disputes by leading the resolution process through effective communication across the company. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and data management. Additional duties, as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 3+ years of Accounts Receivable or Finance related experience High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage with customers and internal departments Strong analytical skills Strong sense of responsibility to commit and engage proactively in solving problems Highly motivated, goal oriented and excellent in time management Intermediate computer skills, Excel, Word, and Power Point Note: This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected base salary range for this position is $50,000-55,000. Actual total compensation may include variable incentive pay. The determination of an applicant's base salary is based on the applicant's skills, competencies, location, and unique qualifications.
