DZ/ AZ Drivers

LTL is looking to hire a couple HydroVac Operators, DZ or AZ Drivers. 2-3 Years experience needed Rates starting at $27.40 an hour, depending on experience. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Key Responsibilities Operate hydrovac equipment to excavate and expose underground utilities using high-pressure water and vacuum systems Perform daylighting, trenching, slot trenching, and debris removal Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections Maintain safe work practices in accordance with company procedures and site-specific requirements Read and interpret utility locates and project plans Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients on-site Ensure proper setup and teardown of job sites, including traffic control if required Complete daily job reports, safety documentation, and maintenance logs Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations Qualifications Valid Class DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous hydrovac or vacuum truck experience preferred Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments Strong understanding of workplace safety and hazard awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Operate hydrovac equipment to excavate underground utilities using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. Perform site setup, conduct vehicle inspections, and maintain detailed safety and maintenance logs.

Requires a valid Class DZ driver's license with a clean record and 2-3 years of experience. Candidates must be able to work in physically demanding environments and various weather conditions.
