IT Analyst (Business Analyst)

The client is looking for an IT Business Analyst 100% project mode as part of the Ambition project, and not a project manager or a product owner despite the proximity of certain keywords used (roadmap, OP, impact analysis, change management). Five years of experience as IT analyst or business analyst is the basic threshold, with a master's degree of process analysis and modeling methods (BPMN, UML). The candidate must be French-speaking, the client excludes any application with gaps in speaking in French, even with a CV strong technique. Sector experience in insurance, savings or services financial is highly sought after without being eliminatory. The diploma is not not a formal requirement, experience taking precedence. What we are looking for: 5 years of experience as an IT analyst or business analyst Mastery of process analysis and modeling methods (BPMN, UML) Experience in the financial sector, insurance or savings, a strong asset Talent for workshop facilitation and popularization Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power BI or Power Automate, an asset Requirements REQUIRED 5 years of experience as an IT analyst or business analyst, in project mode French-speaking candidate Analytical methods and business process modeling (BPMN, UML) with the ability to Documentation DESIRED Experience insurance, savings or financial services sector Animation Talent workshops, popularization and visual communication Autonomy and Ability to integrate quickly into the team Functional English for reading documentation ASSET Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate Grid of proposed weighting Experience IT or Business Analyst (5 years, project mode) Methods Process Analysis and Modeling (BPMN, UML) Experience Insurance, savings or financial services Animation workshops, popularization, visual communication Autonomy and quick team integration Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power PLC WHAT WE DON'T WANT Profile whose main function is project management Profile Product owner with no business analyst experience Candidate No demonstrated experience in process modeling or documentation (BPMN, UML) Candidate non-French speaking or with gaps in French speaking Less than 5 years of experience as an IT analyst or business analyst

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as an IT or Business Analyst with strong proficiency in BPMN and UML modeling. Fluency in French is mandatory, and experience in the financial or insurance sector is considered a significant asset.
