This position will be an integral part of daily operations, tasked with a variety of activities ranging from general cleanup and shipping to saw cutting and waterjet operation. While this is an entry-level position, there is ample opportunity to progress for the right individual. Key Duties and Responsibilities: General shop maintenance/cleanup (topping up coolant in the machine shop, recycling management, material organization). Material preparation (operating saw/waterjet, deburring stock/parts). Assistance in shipping/receiving and inventory management. Lending an extra set of hands wherever needed on any given day. Required Skills: Mechanical aptitude, desire to tinker and understand how things work. Strong communication and soft skills. Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.
