Support the Head of Finance and Finance Manager with management accounts, budgets, forecasts, product profit and loss reporting, month-end journals, reconciliations, and billing for OV and Synapse. Coordinate internal reporting, investigate and resolve accounting queries, and help improve financial processes, controls, profits, and margins.

Support OV customers and partners by communicating progress, managing complex queries, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution or escalation. Monitor, maintain, and improve OV services and platforms, including the core network, service applications, data center, and databases.

Own Linux infrastructure operations, including Ansible-based patching, Azure VM lifecycle management, backup validation, and infrastructure automation using Bicep, ARM, and Azure DevOps. Handle escalations, change management, monitoring, ticket records, and participation in the 24×7 on-call rotation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing and internal technical projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and customer commitments. Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, maintain governance and reporting, support service transition and customer acceptance, and coach junior project managers where assigned.

Design, deliver, and support secure, scalable, cost-effective Azure and hybrid platforms, including cloud migrations, infrastructure automation, governance, security, and monitoring. Lead customer technical discussions and solution design, contribute to pre-sales scoping and proposals, and collaborate with engineering and service teams to improve reliability and mentor colleagues.

Monitor and triage alerts, manage ServiceNow tickets, validate backups, support patching, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Azure, and VMware environments. Provide first response for critical on-call incidents, escalate when needed, and maintain operational documentation.

Deliver Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, and platform projects for customers, owning assigned technical work packages from discovery and planning through implementation, documentation, and handover. Coordinate with customers and internal project, pre-sales, service desk, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure disciplined delivery.
