Lead automation and infrastructure operations across hybrid environments, including Power Automate and PowerShell workflows, VMware virtualization, Azure services, Windows Server, and identity administration. Support storage, backup, disaster recovery, security, incident management, documentation, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
