What you will do as a Lead Instructor: Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver instruction in a group setting Monitor students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Communicate student progress with Centre Director Teach in-Centre using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices What we are looking for in a Lead Instructor: Passion and mastery in the language math while working with and motivating students Excellent interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and an openness to adapt and improve Exceptional math competency through Gr. 11 Functions Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities As part of our hiring process at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency. Lead and coach team members to deliver math instruction in a group setting using the Mathnasium Method. Monitor student progress and communicate learning outcomes to the Centre Director.

Candidates must possess exceptional math competency through Grade 11 Functions and a passion for motivating students. Ability to balance leadership duties with instructional responsibilities is required, and applicants must pass a math literacy test.
