About The Opportunity Expected Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually Vacancy Status: Existing Vacancy Position Summary: The Project Manager, Business Transformation supports the delivery of enterprise business transformation initiatives within the Business Transformation team’s Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). Reporting into the Business Transformation function, this role provides hands‑on coordination, reporting, and governance support to ensuring initiatives are executed in alignment with transformation objectives, standardized delivery practices, and enterprise governance. The Project Manager plays a key role in enabling visibility, consistency, and execution discipline across the business transformation portfolio. Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or all‐ inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Leads business transformation initiatives from project initiation through implementation and stabilization. Owns and maintains project management deliverables in accordance with Business Transformation ePMO standards, including project charters, schedules, RAID logs, decision records, change requests, and lessons learned. Leads cross-functional project teams through planning, execution, and implementation to ensure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved. Applies and champions Business Transformation delivery methodologies, governance practices, and project management tools across assigned initiatives. Develops and presents project status reports, executive dashboards, and governance updates to sponsors, leadership, and steering committees. Maintains overall accountability for project data integrity, reporting accuracy, and project health metrics within ePMO systems and tools. Drives project roadmap execution, benefits realization, risk mitigation, and dependency management to support successful delivery of transformation objectives. Partners with business leaders, functional stakeholders, and project teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes. Leads project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely resolution of project challenges. Monitors and drives closure of project action items, risks, issues, and decisions to maintain project momentum and accountability. Leads change management, communication, and organizational readiness activities to support successful adoption of transformation initiatives. Identifies and implements opportunities to improve project delivery effectiveness, governance processes, and portfolio reporting practices. Facilitates project closeout activities, including benefits validation, lessons learned reviews, and transition to operational ownership. Ensure and support to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP are always followed Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred 2–4 years of experience supporting projects, programs, or transformation initiatives Experience working within a PMO, ePMO, or business transformation environment preferred Exposure to enterprise change initiatives, process improvement, or technology transformation is an asset CAPM®, PMP®, or other project management certification (or progress toward certification) is an asset Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organization, coordination, and prioritization skills Working knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) Ability to support multiple initiatives within a transformation portfolio Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management/collaboration tools Excel (Advance): Proficient in PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH lookups, and nested IF formulas. High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize and communicate project information clearly Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across matrixed teams Physical Requirements & Work Environment Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting Position will be based at Menasha Packaging site May require flexibility to support key project milestones, governance sessions, or transformation events All Menasha Packaging employees must conduct their work in a manner that complies with all legal standards and meets customer expectations.
