About The Opportunity Maintain and repair machinery and equipment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of new equipment. 1. Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. 2. Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment. 3. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. 4. Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment. 5. Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools. 6. Troubleshoot automation/robotics. 7. Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions, irregularities and continuing needs through the use of EAM. 8. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed). 9. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities. 10. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business. 11. Capable of using formulas, theories and measurements. 12. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs that may pertain to maintenance of the equipment or building. 13. Other duties as assigned. Two companies, one vision. Requirements

Candidates must be able to read blueprints and use tools for fabrication, welding, and soldering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work overtime and weekends is required.
