Lead cost planning and estimating from concept through tender and buyout, advising investment and development leaders on design choices, building systems, budgets, procurement, and construction contracts. Build and mentor the pre-construction team, lead value engineering and lifecycle cost analysis, and communicate cost risks and opportunities to senior decision-makers.
