Requirements Qualifications Candidates must: • Hold a recognized nursing degree; • Be a member in good standing of a Canadian professional nursing association; • Be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick; • Hold a valid Basic Life Support certification — BLS; • Be bilingual in French and English; • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Demonstrate leadership, sound professional judgment and adaptability; • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team; • Be legally authorized to work in Canada and New Brunswick. Relevant training • Suicide prevention and intervention training in a psychiatric setting, or a commitment to complete it within the prescribed timeframe; • Advanced CPI non-violent crisis-intervention training, or a commitment to complete it. Requirements
