They also assist with line changeovers, clean-up, and various manual tasks such as palletizing and packing. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and the ability to perform physically demanding, repetitive work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a packaging manufacturing setting is preferred.
