Our Company has the following to offer: Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Job Description Responsibilities: Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions Use in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market share Leverage selling skills, marketing campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunities Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM tools Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless service Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights to leadership Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Previous work experience in business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services field preferred Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory Previous experience selling to dental offices, dental labs and medical professionals Familiarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check High School Diploma or equivalent required Additional Information Pay: CA$18.25 - CA$26.00 + uncapped commissions Our Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
