POSITION OVERVIEW This unionized position works with various types of metal and uses a variety of welding techniques to fabricate coach components and frames. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Fabricates metal coach components and frames using MIG, TIG and STICK welding techniques and strict quality guidelines. Grind and solder coach components. Interpret welding process specs, blueprints, drawings and work instructions. Perform other related duties as assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 2+ years of demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment is preferred. Previous experience in an automotive setting, particularly an auto body background with MIG and TIG welding experience, is preferred. Experience working with solvents and pre-treatment chemicals. Requirements

Requires 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and STICK welding. Candidates must be experienced in operating air plasma and oxy acetylene equipment and handling pre-treatment chemicals.
