SENIOR ELECTRICAL FOREMAN – MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL Coquitlam / BC Lower Mainland $50.00–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience MPN Pacific is an established and growing electrical contractor looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Foreman to join our Lower Mainland team. We are looking for a strong Senior Foreman with multi-family residential construction experience who can lead a crew, maintain productivity and quality, and take ownership of the electrical scope of a project. What We Offer * $50.00–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience * Extended health care, including drug and dental plans * Paid vacation, statutory holidays and sick pay * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance * Laptop and phone * Ongoing support and development What We Are Looking For * Canadian Red Seal Journeyman Electrician * Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Journeyman Electrician * Experience working on multi-family residential construction * Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience * Able to effectively plan work, organize crews and maintain project schedules * Strong communicator who can lead a team and maintain productivity * Safety-focused, reliable, respectful and able to work under pressure * Able to work effectively with Project Managers, site supervision and other trades * Must currently live in the BC Lower Mainland This is an opportunity to take a key role in the successful completion of an MPN Pacific project while continuing to develop your skills as a Foreman with the support of our team. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Canadian Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification and possess at least 5 years of experience as a Journeyman. Previous experience in multi-family residential construction and proven crew leadership skills are required.
