Open and close the landfill as required, maintain the site and keep its perimeter, roadways, and designated waste areas clear and orderly. Provide a safe location for patrons and coordinate waste transfers with collection services.

Lead and supervise Public Works crews while planning and overseeing road construction, maintenance, drainage, snow and ice control, and related infrastructure programs. Manage work priorities, budgets, equipment, safety practices, and stakeholder communications, and recommend operational and infrastructure improvements.
