Job summary

The estimator will analyze architectural plans and documents to produce comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and quantities. They will also manage tender processes, solicit subcontractor bids, and collaborate with internal teams to identify technical and financial project risks.

TÂCHES * Examiner les plans architecturaux, devis et documents contractuels. * Produire des estimations complètes selon Excel et SAP (quantités, coûts, matériaux, main-d’œuvre). * Effectuer les relevés et calculs nécessaires. * Solliciter et analyser les soumissions des fournisseurs et sous-traitants, ainsi que les dessinateurs internes. * Identifier les enjeux techniques et financiers. * Proposer des alternatives constructives ou économiques. * Préparer les documents requis pour les appels d’offres. * Maintenir les données de coûts et historiques de projets. * Collaborer avec l’architecture, l’ingénierie et la construction. * Participer aux clarifications et ajustements avec le client. Qualifications recherchées * Formation en architecture (DEC, BAC ou équivalent). * Expérience en estimation dans le domaine de la construction (7-10 ans). * Maîtrise des logiciels d’estimation et de lecture de plans (ex. Bluebeam, SAP, Excel, logiciels spécialisés). * Connaissance des matériaux et méthodes de construction. * Capacité d’analyse et souci du détail. * Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. * Communication professionnelle, orale et écrite en français.
