About

NETINT Technologies develops custom silicon for ultra-high-density video encoding and processing in the data center. We created a new hardware encoder category, the VPU (video processing unit), combining hardware efficiency with software flexibility that meets the quality bar that today's premium streaming and broadcast systems require. A NETINT Quadra Video Server encodes and transcodes 160 1080p60 AV1, H.264, or HEVC live streams with a 90% lower TCO than software running on the CPU. VPUs are used in mobile cloud gaming, live game streaming, video conferencing, remote desktop, high-density social video streaming, live OTT streaming, and AR/VR services. NETINT is a VC-backed company of silicon innovators passionate about building solutions that leave an indelible mark on the world. Our HQ and R&D office is in Vancouver, Canada, with engineering in Toronto and Shanghai.
