Provide primary, preventative, curative, rehabilitative, and emergency nursing services through clinics and community-based care. Assess and diagnose clients, develop and coordinate treatment plans, dispense medications, arrange referrals and follow-up, and collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary team.

Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret tests; prescribe medications; and perform procedures within the legislated scope of practice. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, coordinate referrals and continuity of care, and promote patient-centered health and illness prevention across the lifespan.

The Senior Director provides strategic leadership for provincial budgeting, financial planning, and data quality initiatives across the health authority. They are responsible for performance reporting, resource stewardship, and ensuring financial sustainability through robust business intelligence and analysis.
