The mission of NOIC Academy is to inspire students to improve their lives and expand their horizons through a lifelong commitment to learning, by empowering students to achieve their academic potential, to build self-confidence, and to develop a global vision which embraces cultural differences and promotes cultural exchanges. NOIC ACADEMY is located in the city of Markham, Ontario, Canada. Being a full-time private boarding secondary school, it has offered the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) since 2004 with BSID 667013 as its school code. In March, 2015, it was authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to become an IB World School, offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Its school license code is 049719. NOIC ACADEMY is co-inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education and IBO. NOIC ACADEMY provides comprehensive, one-stop and individualized VIP teaching service. Secondary credit courses, IELTS/TOEFL, university application counselling and social activities are integrated on campus. The leading figures from many different fields in North America are often invited to introduce both opportunities and challenges in their respective domains, which can guide students to make the right major choice, plan their career in advance, obtain wide international views and stimulate them to study harder. Our mission is to assist students in successfully being admitted by world-famous universities. NOIC ACADEMY’s annual university enrolment rate is 100% and more than 80% of graduates are admitted by University of Toronto (One of the World’s Top 20 Universities). In the Euclid math competition of the University of Waterloo, NOIC ACADEMY ranks 31 among 1500 high schools in Canada.

Manage the school’s financial operations, budgets, accounting processes, reporting, forecasting, and financial risk controls. Lead and support the finance team, advise senior management, and collaborate with business, HR, and Beijing-based finance teams on performance, operational analysis, and business initiatives.

Develop and execute admissions and recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets, manage the full application process, and build relationships with prospective families, education agents, and feeder schools. Lead the admissions team, coordinate recruitment events and marketing initiatives, and report enrollment trends and performance to school leadership.

Lead the development, marketing, enrollment growth, and expansion of K-12 future-skills and extended-learning programs, including identifying market opportunities and building partnerships. Oversee program delivery, quality, staffing, financial performance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with school teams and senior leadership.

Lead the Markham campus’s academic operations, OSSD compliance and accreditation, teaching quality, teacher supervision, student records, and student well-being. Support student recruitment and enrollment, coordinate with school leadership and admissions, and oversee campus supervision and emergency preparedness.

Plan and deliver engaging Biology and/or Chemistry lessons for Grades 11 and 12, incorporating laboratory experiments, inquiry-based learning, and technology. Assess student progress, maintain a safe and inclusive classroom, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with colleagues and the Admissions Department.
