WHY CHOOSE NORTERA * Opportunities to work on inspiring projects in a growing company! * Competitive annual salary; * Annual bonus program; * Complete range of social benefits and employee assistance program (EFAP); * Possibility of contributing to an RPP with employer contribution; * Reimbursement for tuition fees and physical activity; * Referral program; * Environment that fosters learning and professional development; Starting Rate: $25.65 hourly NOC Code: 94140 YOUR DAILY ROLE: * Be trained and required to operate different types of machinery in order to effectively complete required tasks; * Train and provide direction to Packaging Technicians to maintain consistent operation of all packaging lines meeting production targets; * Organize and complete effective and efficient changeovers; * Troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform preventative maintenance when required; * Communicating effectively with Operations Leaders to maintain production; * Working in compliance with established Safety, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety protocols, reporting all concerns to your supervisor YOUR PROFILE: * Working knowledge of Packaging equipment and basic troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude; * 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting; * Strong computer, communication and organizational skills; * Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities and work independently; * Regular lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs; * A builder of teams and positive work environments; We’re looking for people like you!
