The Head of Operations leads the end-to-end operational strategy for the Canadian business, serving as the primary bridge between supply chain, sales, and co-manufacturing partners. This role oversees demand forecasting, inventory management, innovation project execution, and customer supply chain relationships to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.

Employees will perform various facility tasks including grading, sorting, and weighing products, as well as building boxes and operating machinery. Responsibilities also include inspecting fruit totes and moving them using forklifts.

Lead the receiving team to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations at the designated plant. Coordinate with grower-owners and report on performance, quality, and equipment condition to leadership.

Perform various facility roles including grading, sorting, and weighing products, as well as assembling and filling totes. Responsibilities also include operating binning stations and moving totes via forklift.
