Role: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Reports To: Delivery Lead Location: Remote/Hybrid, dependent on location. Based anywhere in Canada. Some travel may be required. Experience: 10+ years of experience implementing the D365 Finance module. Salary: Base CAD 120K-140K annually + Health Benefits OnActuate is seeking a driven and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to strengthen our consulting practice across North America, with a focus on the US and Canadian public sector. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Lead Functional Consultant, driving solution design and delivery for D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations. Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions within the D365 Finance & Supply Chain application. Deliver client training on D365 Finance & Supply Chain application and any OnActuate-supported add-on solutions. Guide and support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cut over ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Contribute to pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and solution presentations. Prepare and execute solution demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements and scripts. Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding customer expectations. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster professional growth and strengthen team capability. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience implementing the D365 Finance module in large, fast-paced sales environments, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Successful completion of at least 3 end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations within the US or Canadian public sector. Experience with greenfield implementations is preferred, not mandatory. Experience in Project Accounting, Fund Accounting, Budgeting & Budget Control, Encumbrances & Commitments and other Public Sector specific requirements. Effective business analysis skills in understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in leading meetings, workshops, and solution demonstrations. Preferred Experience / Certification Accounting/Finance certification is an asset. Working experience of solutioning integrations with third party applications. Experience in managing requirements lifecycle in DevOps is a plus. Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and related solutions. Requirements

Candidates should have public-sector finance expertise, strong business analysis and communication skills, and experience leading client workshops; greenfield implementations and accounting or finance certification are preferred or advantageous.
