Position Summary The Sales Director – Calgary is responsible for driving net-new revenue growth and expanding OnX's footprint within the Calgary enterprise and mid-market community. This is a hunter-oriented, in-market leadership role: the person in this seat needs to already have — or be able to quickly build — a strong local network of enterprise decision-makers, and must be physically present in Calgary to run the territory effectively. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Calgary territory, including account targeting, pipeline development, and territory planning Build and manage a pipeline of net-new enterprise and mid-market accounts across core Calgary-market verticals (e.g., energy, financial services, professional services, public sector) Develop and maintain C-level and senior IT relationships within target accounts Partner with pre-sales/solutions engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to shape and present tailored technology solutions (managed IT, cloud, security, network, unified communications) Represent OnX at local industry events, associations, and networking functions to build market presence and brand awareness in Calgary Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in Salesforce Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and new-logo quotas Collaborate with the broader OnX/CBTS sales organization to support cross-market and national account opportunities touching Calgary Qualifications 7+ years of B2B solution or technology sales experience, ideally in managed IT services, telecom, cloud, or related enterprise technology Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a net-new/hunter-focused sales role Established professional network within the Calgary enterprise market strongly preferred Experience selling into one or more of Calgary's core industries (energy/oil & gas, financial services, professional services) is a plus Comfortable operating as the sole or founding sales presence in a market, with strong self-direction and territory-building skills Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and structured sales methodologies Pay range: $136k - $205k The pay range set out above reflects OnX's anticipated compensation for this position at the time of posting. The successful candidate's base pay will be determined within this range, taking into account factors such as primary work location, role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual's experience, education, skills, and knowledge. OnX does not request or rely on a candidate's salary history in setting compensation for this role. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as discretionary bonuses or sales-based variable pay, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
