Required Qualifications ▪ Active Government of Canada Reliability Status clearance (Must) ▪ 10+ years in technology, with significant experience in Cloud strategy, Cloud transformation, and enterprise architecture (Must). ▪ Proven experience in operating model assessment and design. ▪ Strong background in Enterprise architecture or technical advisory, ideally in a consulting capacity. ▪ Extensive experience with Cloud security, governance and compliance ▪ Demonstrated ability to assess complex technical environments and translate findings into strategic recommendations. ▪ Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications ▪ Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI and/or Oracle Fusion SaaS). ▪ Experience with ERP or HR/Payroll systems in large enterprise or government settings. ▪ Government or public sector transformation experience, ideally with Canadian federal or provincial clients. ▪ Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/OCI Professional-level architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect. ▪ Familiarity with Government of Canada cloud guardrails, security frameworks (e.g., ITSG-33), and data residency requirements. What Success Looks Like By the end of the engagement, the client has a clear, evidence-based view of their current state, an understanding of their key risks and gaps, and a practical, prioritized roadmap toward a target cloud operating model that their executives can act on.
