Oversee serialization data flows, inbound logistics, 3PL operations, and issue resolution across the Americas, ensuring regulatory compliance and product integrity. Support new market and product launches, CMO onboarding, serialization systems and data processes, operational documentation, and continuous improvement.

Engage scientific leaders and key decision makers in non-promotional medical and scientific exchanges, respond to unsolicited information requests, and represent Medical Affairs at relevant events. Develop and implement regional Medical Affairs activities, support research and investigator identification, share field insights internally, and provide permitted scientific training to commercial colleagues.

The MSL is responsible for non-promotional, peer-to-peer scientific communication with scientific leaders and key decision makers. They provide medical information, gather therapeutic insights, and support internal medical affairs plans and clinical trial identification.
