This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Mill leadership team and staff in all aspects of our operations DAY TO DAY * Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless site operation * Coordinate onboarding and employee training schedules * Support workplace Health & Safety by assisting site leadership with their implementation of Health & Safety Programs * Organize internal events, engagement activities, and social committee initiatives. * Oversee mail, couriers, office supplies, and user access for new hires and terminations. * Contribute to workplace safety by helping implement and track health & safety programs. * Help administer eCompliance and iLobby platforms, maintaining accurate records and documentation. * Track and report key safety and training metrics (KPIs). * Manage PPE inventory, supplies, and employee records with confidentiality. * Support cross-functional teams with a wide range of administrative tasks as needed. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: * Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations support, ideally in food manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating administrative systems and tools. * Willingness to occasionally enter production areas (Mill/Warehouse) to support operations.
