What You’ll Do Truss Assembly & Construction Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications and blueprints Ensure accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity in every build Equipment Operation Safely operate tools and machinery such as saws, presses, and other production equipment Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance Material Handling & Site Support Load, unload, and organize materials for efficient workflow Assist with site preparation and general upkeep of the work area Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Identify and resolve issues in assembly or equipment performance Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and quality Quality Assurance Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and precision Ensure all work meets company and industry quality expectations What You Bring Experience in carpentry, construction, and/or woodworking (preferred) Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot on the job Good time management and organizational skills What Sets You Apart A strong commitment to workplace safety and best practices Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Why Join Us?
