Our offerings give you the opportunity to: * Earn competitive wages for your contributions * Access a comprehensive benefits program, including mental health and wellness support through Employee Assistance Programs * Join an award-winning employer focused on people, development and well-being * Access world-class training through PCL’s College of Construction * Advance your career through clear growth pathways * Explore opportunities across roles, sectors and regions RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinating drawings and work specific scope/trades/sub-trades * Conduction of trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours and rates * Participation in project meetings * Completion of deficiency walks and updating of deficiency logs. * Issues warranties * Takes/coordinates progress photos * Updates field drawings and produces as-built drawings * Performance of quantity takeoffs * Verification of site conditions and coordination of drawings * Set-up and maintenance of records * Project schedule updates and creation of manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software. * Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD * Monitoring of workforce productivity QUALIFICATIONS * Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset. * Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting. Requirements
Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and possess proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting software. Prior field construction experience is considered an asset for this role.
