Our Core Values Progress is Possible - Movement is Medicine - Consistency is Key - Health is Wealth Responsibilities Conduct in-home OT assessments for older adults Support independence with daily activities, mobility, and home safety Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Educate clients and caregivers to support aging in place Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document care Qualifications Required: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Registered Occupational Therapist in Nova Scotia Valid Canadian driver’s license Reliable vehicle Preferred: Geriatric and/or neurological experience Knowledge of public and private healthcare systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in professional growth Ready to Apply?
