Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy trucks, trailers, and specialty equipment. Support OEM trailer assembly, document work accurately, and mentor apprentices within the shop.

The Labourer will assemble trailer components, install wiring, and fit parts according to technical drawings. They will also support general shop tasks and collaborate with the team to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.

The Welder/Fitter will perform both production welding and custom fabrication, including reading blueprints and assembling aluminum and steel components. They will collaborate with engineering teams to solve fit-up challenges and ensure all work meets structural and quality standards.

The Assembler will install components, run wiring, and fit parts to complete full trailer builds according to technical drawings. They will also collaborate with the team to maintain production schedules and ensure high quality standards.
