Assemble, install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and stationary industrial machinery. Diagnose malfunctions, fabricate replacement parts using machining tools, operate lifting equipment, and commission systems and components.

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule bakery production workers, and establish methods to meet production schedules while coordinating with other work units. Minimize food production hazards, train staff, prepare reports, recommend personnel actions and improvements, and order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Clean and maintain hallways, floors, stairs, windows, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and fixtures, and empty waste containers. Perform minor appliance repairs and work with minimal supervision.
