TÂCHES COURANTES 1. Assure un support technique à la production en procédant aux ajustements nécessaires sur les machines de production ; 2. Investigue sur les causes d’arrêt ou problême de qualité et applique des solutions concrêtes (modification au procédé, ajustements mécaniques mineurs, etc) afin d’atteindre la qualité de production recherchée ; 3. Fait un suivi auprès des divers départements afin de vérifier les résultats des ajustements et solutions qu’il a appliqués; 4. Vérifie l’état et le fonctionnement des équipements de production et avise les responsables en cas de problèmes apparents; 5. Remplir tout rapport relié au présent poste. 6. Toute autre tâches reliées au poste de technicien et demandée par son superieur immédiat. Common Tasks 1. Provides technical support to production by making the necessary adjustments on production machines; 2. Investigates the causes of stoppages or quality problems and applies concrete solutions (process modifications, minor mechanical adjustments, etc.) to achieve the desired production quality; 3. Follows up with various departments to check the results of the adjustments and solutions applied; 4. Checks the condition and functioning of production equipment and notifies supervisors in case of apparent problems; 5. Fills out any reports related to this position; 6. Any other tasks related to the technician position and requested by their immediate supervisor.
