Oversee daily production activities and lead a team of approximately 15 employees, coordinating schedules, priorities, productivity, quality, delivery dates, and production flow. Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, coordinate with other departments, promote workplace safety, improve production reporting, and assist with hands-on production work when needed.
