As a Personal Support worker, you will not only be looking after the clients, you will be a part of an amazing team, that promotes a culture of recognition, appreciation, respect, leadership, learning, and ongoing support. We are looking for a Personal Support Worker to provide 8 hrs. shift for our client in their home that is bed ridden and uses a hoyer lift. We are looking for 2 people; 1 full time person to cover 4-5 days a week, and 1 part time person to cover 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities ADLs Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Shopping and errands Medication Reminders Using Hoyer lift to transfer client Provide companionship to clients Ability to follow a care plan Documentation/Charting Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate Hoper lift experience a must Current CPR/First Aid training Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen or be willing to obtain one. Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Access to the internet/mobile phone. Reliable and Experienced

Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker Certificate and possess mandatory experience with Hoyer lifts. Current CPR/First Aid certification and a clean police record check are also required.
