About the Opportunity A Calgary litigation practice is seeking an Associate to join its insurance defence group, working on a varied caseload for insurer and self-insured clients. Key Responsibilities Manage insurance defence files from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and legal opinions Attend examinations for discovery, mediations, and court appearances Communicate regularly with insurer clients and adjusters Conduct legal research on coverage and liability issues Qualifications Called to the Bar in Alberta, in good standing 2-4 years of litigation experience, ideally including insurance defence Strong file-management and client-communication skills Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload Practical, business-minded approach to litigation How to Apply Submit your resume in confidence for consideration.
