Key Responsibilities Manage all stages of copyright and trademark litigation, from pleadings through trial Draft pleadings, motions, and legal opinions Conduct legal research on IP infringement, validity, and enforcement issues Attend examinations, mediations, and court appearances Collaborate with the broader IP group on contentious and non-contentious matters Qualifications Called to the Bar in Ontario or British Columbia, in good standing 4-5 years of IP litigation experience, with a focus on copyright and/or trademarks Strong litigation, drafting, and advocacy skills Federal Court experience is an asset Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with senior counsel How to Apply Submit your resume in confidence for consideration.
