About the Opportunity An established IP practice is seeking a Trademark Agent to manage a growing portfolio of trademark prosecution and portfolio management work for Canadian and international clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before CIPO and internationally Advise clients on trademark clearance, portfolio strategy, and enforcement Respond to office actions and manage oppositions Liaise with foreign associates on international filings Support senior lawyers on IP litigation and licensing matters as needed Qualifications Registered Canadian Trademark Agent (or actively pursuing registration) 3+ years of trademark prosecution and portfolio management experience Strong writing and client communication skills Detail-oriented, with strong docketing/deadline management habits Experience with Madrid Protocol filings an asset How to Apply Submit your resume in confidence for consideration.
