Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, community practice or transitional care preferred. Physically able to perform the physical demands of the position Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work autonomously across hospital and community settings Vulnerable Sector Check mandatory One position is available. Requirements

Applicants must hold an accredited degree in occupational therapy or physiotherapy and current good-standing registration with the relevant Ontario professional college. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, ability to meet the physical demands of the role, strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, and a Vulnerable Sector Check are required; relevant clinical experience is preferred.
