Join our Hotel Operations team as a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor for Lizard Creek Lodge & Slopeside Lodge. You are a pivotal part of ensuring our operations run smoothly. This is a full time, year round position. Expectations & Responsibilities In your position of Housekeeper/Laundry Supervisor, you will: lead morning crew talks with your team where you will assign daily tasks guide and train your team to ensure and verify that rooms are being cleaned and set up correctly be responsible for training new housekeeping & laundry staff run morning housekeeping report when housekeeping manager is not working supervise and provide feedback on team performance report and correct any inconsistencies within your teams coordinate with front desk and maintenance when issues are found with rooms provide room attendant duties for Lizard Creek Lodge & SlopeSide Lodge perform daily cleaning of guest rooms; including all linen changes, interior windows, bathrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, dishes, and restocking assist with cleaning common areas of the hotels as required inform manager of product and cleaning supply levels to insure we are adequately stocked ensure a standard laundry service for two resort hotels sort, wash, dry, fold, load, and unload bedding & towels report maintenance issues as found know, understand, and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook be trained in, know, understand, and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program complete other fair and reasonable tasks as requested by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotels Qualifications Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding work Comfortable working in a varied and fast paced environment Experience working in housekeeping and hospitality is an asset (training provided) Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to safety and following procedures Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms Some moderate lifting We Offer $22.00 per hour as per Collective Agreement ($22.66 as of January 1, 2027) Mountain access perks: Staff receive an RCR pass with full mountain access, plus reciprocal resort tickets and discounted friends & family tickets Staff discounts: Enjoy savings on food & beverage, rentals, retail items and hotel accommodation.
