How will you make an impact: As a Staff Pharmacist with Rexall Direct, Rexall's mail-order pharmacy serving patients across Eastern Canada, you will play an important role in improving access to healthcare and medication support. Working within a collaborative pharmacy team, you will help ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment while delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and verifying prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and accuracy. * Providing medication counseling and patient support through telephone and virtual interactions. * Conducting clinical assessments, medication reviews, and other pharmacist-delivered services within scope of practice. * Collaborating with prescribers, healthcare partners, and pharmacy teams to resolve drug therapy issues and optimize patient outcomes. * Supporting adherence initiatives and continuity of care for patients receiving ongoing therapies. * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and Rexall policies. * Maintaining accuracy, quality, and operational excellence within a high-volume pharmacy environment. * Contributing to a positive, patient-focused culture centered on service excellence.
