Job Description As the Receptionist based in our Mississauga, ON location, you will be the first point of contact providing exemplary client service encompassing a high level of professionalism. Your responsibilities will be: Answer all incoming calls and route to the proper individual or department. Offer general assistance and information to callers on banner products, locations, addresses and contacts. Greet and acknowledge all visitors/customers that enter the reception area. Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customers' needs in an efficient, accurate and professional manner. Receive and distribute daily mail, reports and various other correspondence. Oversee automated guest sign-in system. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Post Secondary diploma plus a minimum of 5 years related reception experience, or the equivalent of education and experience. Candidate must have experience in a busy office environment. Must be proficient in Outlook. PPT and Excel. Candidates must possess excellent time management skills. Must possess strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be a team player with excellent people skills. Additional Information The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 – 60000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
