Assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates using Mitchell Connect, and coordinate approvals and documentation with SGI and other insurers. Work with customers, production staff, technicians, and parts personnel to coordinate repairs, keep customers informed, and ensure completed work and repair files meet quality and company standards.

Prepare vehicles and panels, mix and match paint, apply refinishing products, blend panels, and inspect finished work for quality and defects. Maintain paint equipment and a safe, organized work area while coordinating with the collision repair team and following manufacturer procedures.
