The Building Operator is responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of properties to ensure a safe and clean environment for tenants and staff. Key duties include performing preventative maintenance on building systems, managing contractor access, and responding to emergency after-hour calls. Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a commercial or retail setting. A BES I & II certificate or registration to complete it is required, along with sound knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems.
