Job details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group SPIN Instructor to lead engaging and effective group fitness classes for our members. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and challenging workout environment that accommodates participants of varying abilities and intensities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead group fitness classes that promote maximum participation, while providing modifications and accommodations for participants of varying abilities and intensities * Motivate and inspire participants by designing and delivering fresh and fun workout routines * Monitor participants to ensure proper form and technique, and provide guidance on injury prevention measures Pay * Pay is based the specific class rates start at $55.00per 45 minutes class and $65.00 per 1 hour class Requirements: * MUST have SPIN INSTRUCTION Certificate or equivalent experience in SPIN and Group Cycling Classes * Must be available mornings as early as 6:00AM * Current Personal Training Certificate Required * Current First Aid with CPR/AED certification * Current Personal Professional Liability coverage * Availability to teach morning, evening, and weekend classes Accommodation: The Royal Canadian Yacht Club is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
