Job Description Support our Home in the Office Coordinator role where you keep daily life running smoothly, from warm phone greetings to billing and admission contracts. Your organization, problem-solving, and positive energy help families feel supported and make every Resident's day brighter. Responsibilities: Co-ordinate daily tasks in busy office environment Prioritize appointments and proactively and positively resolve conflicts as they arise Maintain office operations by ordering supplies, processing invoices Responds to phone and email inquiries – providing general information and referring inquiries to the appropriate source. Complete monthly accommodation billing including rate reductions Oversee resident comfort trust accounts Complete new resident admission contracts Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required Qualifications We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: Post Secondary Education with a diploma in Office Administration Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Familiarity/ability to understand the MN act, Rate Reduction/GIS/OAS Experience in an Office and or a Long Term Care Home setting an asset-resident accounts, billings, month end reports would be an asset Extensive computer literacy skills including Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to maintain records, resident trust accounts, prepare admission agreements and complete billing Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks Pro-active approach and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to work under pressure in busy, fast-paced environment Behavioural Qualities: Engaging, positive attitude Professional and expressive telephone manner Exhibit a highly developed ability to actively listen to resident and employee needs Demonstrates flexibility and creativity in problem solving Forward, independent and innovative thinking Additional Information While our Applicant Tracking System uses some AI-enhanced tools, every decision throughout screening, assessing, and selecting candidates is made by real people on our team.
